What to Expect in a Session:

Each session is a structured art therapy experience designed to help you explore a focused emotional theme through art-based process, reflection, and integration — with guidance and emotional containment throughout.

    We’ll begin with a gentle grounding exercise to center ourselves, followed by an introduction to the session’s theme.

  2. Guided Creative Process:
    You’ll engage in a carefully curated art exercise using materials that allow you to express your emotions freely. This could include painting, drawing, collage, or even sculpting.

  3. Reflection and Sharing:
    After creating, we’ll come together to discuss what emerged during the process. Sharing is always optional but often brings deeper clarity and connection.

  4. Integration and Takeaways:
    The session will close with a reflection on the experience and tools you can use to carry the insights into your everyday life.
