Sessions are offered online and in person. Both formats provide the same therapeutic depth and are held with equal care, presence, and confidentiality.

Once a package is purchased, sessions can take place online or in person, depending on availability and what best supports the therapeutic process at a given moment.

Structure

A therapeutic process requires a clear and reliable framework in order to unfold safely and effectively.
For this reason, sessions are offered within a defined structure that supports commitment, continuity, and mutual respect.

Session package validity

• 5-session packages are valid for 2 months
• 10-session packages are valid for 4 months

This timeframe supports a consistent rhythm and allows the process to develop without extended interruptions, which is essential for emotional integration and therapeutic progress.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made with less notice, as well as missed sessions, are counted as part of the package. This policy ensures clarity, fairness, and respect for the time reserved for each client.

Missed sessions

Sessions missed without sufficient notice are considered completed. This supports reliability and maintains the integrity of the therapeutic framework.

Transferability

Sessions are intended exclusively for the individual who commits to the therapeutic process. In exceptional and unforeseen circumstances, transfers may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
