This creative studio session focuses on listening to younger emotional parts — early needs, feelings, and patterns that still influence how you relate to yourself and others — explored through creative process and guided reflection.

Rather than revisiting the past intellectually, the work invites gentle contact and awareness, creating space to notice what those parts need now.

These small creative studio sessions take place in a calm, welcoming studio space in Barcelona

Location:
Carrer 47–49, Poblenou, Barcelona3rd floor, 6th door (3ro – 6ta)

What to know before you come:

  • All art materials are provided

  • No previous artistic experience is needed

  • Please wear comfortable clothes that you can move in and that may get a little messy

  • Sessions are held in a small group to ensure a safe and contained environment (max. 10 people)

  • Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in

Each session includes guided emotional exploration, creative prompts adapted for the topic of the session, and moments of reflection. Sharing is always optional.

Cancellation Policy

Due to the limited number of places, advance notice is required for cancellations.

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session may be rescheduled or credited for a future session, subject to availability.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, or non-attendance, are non-refundable.

  • In the case of illness or unforeseen circumstances, please contact me as soon as possible.
